Salette will listen to the community, always seeking input from residents on issues. She will approach all issues objectively by studying the details and seeking community input.
Salette will strive to find solutions that the community can embrace. She will work with all members of the Council to do what is best for Oro Valley's residents, not what special interests tell her to do.

Protect Our Quality of Life, Our Safety, Our Neighborhoods, and Our Values

As Oro Valley grows, Salette will work to ensure that town services like public safety, parks, and libraries continue to meet the needs of Oro Valley's population.
Salette will support a vibrant atmosphere that entices Oro Valley residents to stay in Oro Valley and residents of other communities to shop and play in Oro Valley. Doing so increases sales tax revenue and keeps residents' taxes low.

Comprehensively Plan for the Future

As Oro Valley reaches build-out and runs out of available land, we need to be ready for the transition from rapid growth to sustainability. Salette will ensure that adequate planning takes place so that staff layoffs and town service cuts aren't necessary in the future.
